KYNDEO works with fulfillment partners across its apparel, sneakers, and accessories collections. Shipping charges and delivery options vary by item and destination. Enter your address at checkout to see the applicable shipping total before placing your order.

Production or processing time is separate from carrier transit time unless an estimate includes both. Orders containing products from different partners may ship separately. Check the product details and any estimates at checkout, or contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Returns

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days after receiving your item. Items must meet the condition, packaging, and proof-of-purchase requirements in our refund policy. Exclusions apply.

Please contact KYNDEO before sending an item back. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send it.
